Our Vision
The modern ways of making a livelihood have influenced the tribal community, but adaptation has been slower compared to the mainstream. Our endeavor is to create a strong industrial ecosystem driven by tribals, nurturing tribal-owned private limited companies with strong systems and processes.
The Challenge
Despite government quotas for tribal community contracts, negligible percentages have been taken up due to lack of awareness, technical, and business know-how. We aim to address this by creating a platform for tribals to formally take up contracts from government and private enterprises.

Tribalindus Industries Pvt. Ltd. is one of the first attempts to create an industrial ecosystem driven by tribals, nurturing scalable entrepreneurship in the tribal community.

Formal structured training and exposures are required for tribal entrepreneurs to build confidence and technical and managerial skills, enabling them to drive enterprises towards success.

Our Approach
We initially developed individual projects with tribal entrepreneurs but realized that hand-holding was required. We now create enterprises owned and managed by select tribals with business acumen, supported by professional inputs and long-term engagement.
Trust and Engagement
Tribal entrepreneurs trust their supporters, so mentors and co-founding partners must be sensitized and bound to adhere to the principle of furthering tribal entrepreneurship, with appropriate compensation for continued engagement.

Quick results through early revenue earning and profit sharing are crucial to build trust in long-term gains, ensuring sustained engagement by tribal stakeholders.
